Changzhou Xiangming Intelligent Power Co., Ltd. gründete im Juli 2024 in Changzhou gemeinsam mit der japanischen BorgRoid Corporation und der Shenzhen Shengyuanxin Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. ein Joint Venture – Changzhou Xianghan Embodied Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., das sich mit Forschung und Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb von Gelenkbewegungsmodulen für Industrie- und humanoide Roboter sowie zugeh?rigen Systemen und Software besch?ftigt.
Am 16. Oktober fand bei der BorgRoid Corporation in Japan ein technisches Austauschtreffen für Forschung und Entwicklung im Rahmen des Joint Ventures statt. Führungskr?fte wie She Leibing, General Manager von Xiangming Intelligent; Guo Tao, CEO der BorgRoid Corporation; Peng Yuan, General Manager von Shengyuanxin; und Liu Min, Direktor des Verwaltungsausschusses der Wirtschaftsentwicklungszone Changzhou, nahmen gemeinsam an der Veranstaltung teil.

During the exchange meeting, the joint venture (Changzhou Xianghan Embodied Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.) and BorgRoid Corporation officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance the “Robot Joint Motion Module Technology Development” project. This significant initiative highlights Xiangming Intelligent’s strategic layout in emerging industries and injects strong momentum into innovation and breakthroughs for key core components in high-end equipment.
