Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university. Major in Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields. Over 3 years of mechanical design experience, with certain experience in fan design. |
Proficient in professional knowledge of centrifugal and axial fans, familiar with fan design and production processes, and knowledgeable about mechanical design and certification standards. Experienced in fan (fluid) calculations. Familiar with domestic and international fan calculation software and algorithms. Good communication and coordination skills. Skilled in using finite element analysis (FEA) software. Experienced in operating OA platforms and ERP systems. |
主要工作職責:
1、直流無刷電機或永磁同步電機的設計研發
2、樣機試制，參加現場試驗并處理電氣故障，提出產品改進措施；
3、技術服務及各部門對接；完成上級主管交辦的各項工作任務；
4、負責按項目計劃書、技術規范與負責對接客戶提出的各項技術要求；
5、負責無刷電機產品的測試方案和性能評估；
6、完成領導交辦的其它各項工作任務。

1、熟悉直流無刷電機的工作原理，能夠獨立進行無刷電機結構及電磁設計開發； 2、熟練運用AutoCAD、Pro/E Solidworks等繪圖軟件及相關設計分析軟件； 3、熟練掌握多種電機(直流無刷電機BLDC、永磁同步電機PMSM等)工作原理； 4、優秀的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能夠與客戶和同事進行有效的溝通。 |
